The Genesis Chiropractic Software support and onboarding process has been perfected over 10 years.

The Genesis Chiropractic Software onboarding process comes with plenty of support for your transition. The process has been perfected over the last 10 years and during that time we realized that our clients need a team of people to help them transition from where they are now to where they want to be with Genesis.

The first team members you’ll meet are the Integration Team members.  They will help you every step of the way through your transition and your account being setup. Next you’ll meet your Coach, your Billing SWAT Team as well as your Support Team.  Your Coach is your liaison with all of them. Always start by asking your dedicated Coach first and then they will escalate your concerns to any other team members for you.

Once you’re logged into Genesis Chiropractic Software you’ll see a square button with a question mark on every screen. When you click it a help page will appear with text, images and videos that explain the purpose of the screen and the details on how to use it.
