Both companies have agreed to terms that will solidify their partnership for the next three years.

According to Justin Neece, IngagePatient’s president and chief executive officer, IngagePatient will offer Vericle its mobile platform including patient scheduling, registration, messaging, bill payment and more to allow patients the freedom to interact with their providers on their own terms.
