Since Vericle software achieved “Complete” Ambulatory EHR status, Vericle is the only product that a provider would need to use in order to be supported as a Meaningful User. This is opposed to modular certifications of many other products that cover only a portion of the criteria required for Meaningful Use stimulus qualification.
One of the most important aspects about certification is that in order to qualify for Meaningful Use incentives under the Medicare or Medicaid EHR Incentive program, eligible providers must meet the Meaningful Use requirements that apply to them, and they must meet those requirements on Certified EHR Technology.
Certification testing ensures the capabilities of EHR Technologies to support Meaningful Use – from interoperability and standards requirements, to privacy/security requirements, to specific sets of clinical functionality. One of the goals of 3rd party certification is to ensure end-users and purchasers of products that the software they are evaluating meets a certain baseline level of functionality.

The software selection process is difficult not only because it requires thorough understanding of your unique clinic requirements but also because of the variety and abundance of chiropractic software solutions. Which of them fits your office the best for the lowest cost?
Genesis stands out in several ways:
First, it offers both cloud-based ONC-certified softwareand a rich set of built-in optional services. You can receive Genesis software under one of three licensing programs (Therapeutic, Corrective, or Wellness). All optional services are available for any of the software licensing options.
Second, its software is built on top of workflow management architecture, which automates the majority of practice management tasks, starting with billing. The more advanced workflow management version also includes automated alert and ticket generation. It eliminates the need for memory-management, promotes office teamwork, and helps manage patient relationships. This capability is available only for Corrective and Wellness licensing options.
Third, its software acts as a platform for numerous applications developed outside of Genesis. You can purchase these apps from various 3rd party vendors and organizations, such as CBP or Maximized Living, similarly to the apps sold to iPhone users.
Fourth, its integrated services are delivered by staff who use the same software for their own businesses, including insurance claims followup and even software development.
Fifth, Genesis offers systematic help to discover not only if we are a match but what possible solutions might meet your practice and business goals. Our Initial Practice Evaluation appointment is designed to help you figure out if any of the Genesis software programs make sense for your office and then, if any of the optional services can accelerate your growth and reduce costs and risks.
Genesis software, powered by Vericle, is entirely cloud based. This lets you access all your documents, billing stats, and tasks at any time from any computer, even most handheld devices. We take serious precautions to keep your data safe, secure, and stable. We accomplsih this this task using NetAccess custom-built data center with backups for redundancies.
The software release process can be painful and expensive because it’s impossible to discover all of the bugs during lab testing. Web-based software has lower upgrade risk because we can maintain multiple versions simultaneously, perform live usability testing, and allow select practices preview new features. The result is a shared software bug immunity system where a select small number of users discovers the bugs, while the entire user community receives the benefits of the corrections.
The data center facility is 35,000 square feet. Disaster recovery is facilitated by two redundant secondary sites. Comprehensive backups are performed nightly to both sites. The data center is built upon multiple dedicated OC192 back bones and uses redundant power and network architecture, sophisticated and multi-faceted security systems, and high-tech fire suppression. A highly trained staff is available on site 24×7.
Reinforced Concrete Masonry with Brick. State of the art 19″& 23″ Wright Line cabinets. Each cabinet is equipped with 2-110v, 20-amp redundant circuits, along with 2 power strips containing 8 receptacles each. 10/100 FE line of GigE line as needed.
Multiple OC 192′s, 48′s going to various cities. Redundant paths into the building allow for failover.
The data centers where your account data is stored are state of the art. Servers have UPS battery back ups should the power suddenly go out. If and when power goes out massive generators turn on and can keep the data center power up and running indefinitely. There is enough fuel to run the generators on site for three days. In the meantime fuel vendors continue to replenish the diesel supplies on a regular basis.
VESDA system detects and dry action piping. Pre-action water system (no water in pipes). Zoned sprinkler heads work independently. Air sampler system for smoke monitoring; upon smoke detection, water will begin flowing through the pipes. Once the heat melts, the specific sprinkler tip (165 degrees) the water will be dispersed.
24/7 Security on siteCCTV cameras used to monitor internal and external activities. Data Center activity is stored on tape. All persons entering must show government issued picture ID. Picture and name cross checked with Access List. On-site key control system to manage access to customer cabinets.
Network Engineers are certified with CISCO switching and routing architectures. Level I highly skilled SST included and on site 24×7. Technical expertise and certifications on multiple OS, Firewalls, Databases, networking and monitoring platforms. Remote monitoring through multiple NOC’s ensure constant customer connectivity to the backbone. Call center available 24/7.
